Love my shakes!

I have been drinking an herbalife shake for breakfast for about a month and a half now and most days I also have one for lunch. I love these things! They keep me full for hours and even better I feel so much better during the day! I have more energy which allows me to work out more, therefore I just feel better all around. I also get the added benefit of loosing 8 pounds this month and getting back into all my skinny clothes!!


This is my favorite shake recipe this month.......


8oz. skim milk


2 scoops of vanilla shake mix


1 scoop protein powder


1 scoop fiber


dash of stevia


cinnamon
